No bootcamps. No gurus. Just company.

If you’re trying to quit carbs and stay off them—but you don’t want a lecture or a lifestyle overhaul—you’re in the right place. This isn’t coaching, therapy, or a substitute for medical advice. I won’t give you a meal plan, a protocol, or a list of rules to follow. This is a space to talk honestly, get clear on what’s working (and what’s not), and feel less alone. I’ll listen without judgment, reflect back what I hear, and help you sort through whatever’s coming up—whether it’s cravings, doubt, wins, or just needing to say the hard part out loud.

I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to walk beside you.

I offer two session lengths:

25 minutes — a focused check-in

50 minutes — more time for deeper support

All sessions are held on Zoom, and you'll receive a link automatically after booking.

Cancellations / Rescheduling / Refunds
You must give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a session, using the booking link in your confirmation email. Because I reserve this time just for you, no refunds will be issued for missed sessions, late cancellations, or completed sessions.
